High-density polyethylene (HDPE) cutting boards are designed for commercial and residential use & direct and indirect food contact applications. The plastic cutting boards are Commercial Dishwasher Safe, including the spike temp that exceeds 185°. Plastics of America cutting boards have special surface finish that insure long product life and will not dull knives. Plastic cutting boards are an exceptionally white natural polyethylene color, creating a bright, clean and sanitary look that commercial food processing operations require.
